Standard Delivery – normal handling. Ships within 1–3 days.

Expedited Delivery – faster than standard. Ships within 1 day.

Time-Critical Delivery – highest priority (Vehicle Off Road). Ships the same day.

This choice affects how we prioritize your order before it has been shipped. A cost will be added to your order for options with higher priority.

The goods or part were damaged during transport or delivery.

An incorrect item was delivered. Example: ordered item 123 but received item 456.

The delivery contains parts intended for another dealer or customer.

The complete order line is missing from the delivery. Example: ordered 4 pcs but received 0 pcs.

Technical claim requiring additional information and pictures for further review.

Return for commercial reasons, such as wrong order or no longer needed.

Warranty claim for a previously installed spare part.
