General Terms and Conditions for Business Customers (AVA)
1. General
These General Terms and Conditions for Contract Customers (AVA) apply when you, as a business customer, place an order via Hedin Parts’ e‑commerce platform or submit an order by telephone, email, or any other means of contact.
2. User Credentials
Customer numbers, user IDs, and passwords must be stored in a manner that prevents unauthorized use. If there is any suspicion that login credentials may have been compromised, the Customer must immediately ensure that the relevant credentials are changed.
3. Prices
All prices are stated in SEK or EUR. In certain markets, prices may be presented in the local currency. Prices are exclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise specified. For shipments to Norway, VAT and customs duties may be charged separately by the carrier. Hedin Parts reserves the right to correct any incorrect prices and to cancel or withdraw from a purchase in the event of an obviously incorrect price. All goods remain the property of Hedin Parts until full payment has been received from the Customer.
4. Product information
Hedin Parts reserves the right to errors in printing, supplier information and specifications, publications, translations, and published website information. Published images are to be regarded as illustrations only and cannot be guaranteed to accurately reflect the product’s exact appearance or characteristics.
5. Payment
Shopping via Hedin Parts’ e‑commerce platform is secure and easy.
You may choose between the following payment methods:

- Invoice
To pay by invoice, you must apply for credit approval with us. Our payment terms are net 30 days.
6. Delivery Time
The normal delivery time is 3–5 business days, provided the item is in stock and unless otherwise stated at the time of order. Deviations may occur; in such cases, the Customer will be contacted. Hedin Parts cannot be held responsible for delivering products that are sold out or discontinued.
Delivery to your address normally takes 1–2 days, depending on your location and the shipping method used.
7. Shipping Costs
Certain products may incur higher shipping costs, such as exhaust systems, tow bars, oil, leaf springs, radiators, and bulky items. Available delivery options and applicable prices are displayed at checkout.
8. Delivery Inspection
The shipment must be inspected by the Customer upon receipt, and any damage or discrepancies must be reported immediately to the carrier at the time of delivery. The Customer is responsible for checking that the product is in correct condition before installation.
9. Uncollected Parcels
Your parcel will remain at the pickup location in accordance with the carrier’s terms, after which it will be returned to Hedin Parts. If a parcel is returned due to non‑collection, a fee of SEK 250 will be charged for shipping, administration, and return handling. The remaining amount will be refunded to the Customer.
10. Delayed Delivery
Delayed or missing deliveries must be reported to Hedin Parts within 30 days worldwide, except for Taiwan and the United States, where the reporting period is 60 days. used.
11. Warranty
We provide a 3‑year warranty on our products, excluding promotional items, service parts, and wear parts. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, material defects, or design defects. It does not cover wear and tear, external damage, incorrect installation, incorrect use, or improper handling.
If you experience issues with a product, please contact us. Proof of purchase serves as the warranty certificate and must therefore be retained throughout the warranty period. Hedin Parts is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Customer due to a defective product. ct.
12. User Credentials
Claims regarding defective, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries, or other errors caused by Hedin Parts, must be reported as soon as possible but no later than 10 business days from the delivery date. Returns must be made within 15 days of the claim.
Claims will primarily be resolved through replacement with a new or equivalent product. If a returned product is found, after inspection, to be correct and fully functional, the product will be returned to the Customer, and shipping and inspection fees will be charged. The Customer has a 3‑year right of complaint under Swedish law.
Products not eligible for return:
- Non‑stocked and specially ordered products
Hedin Parts applies the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (1990:931) to complaints and therefore undertakes to replace incorrect or defective products at no additional cost. Please do not accept parcels with visible damage that may have affected the condition of the ordered product. In such cases, file a complaint directly with the carrier at the pickup location and request that the parcel be returned to Hedin Parts with the reason for return stated on the package. Then email parts.support.se@hedinparts.com to inform us of the claim.
13. Personal Data
When placing an order with us, you provide your personal data. You thereby consent to us storing and using this data in our operations to fulfill the agreement with you and to comply with accounting or consumer protection legislation.

14. Governing law
Hedin Parts complies with the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (SFS 1990:931) and the Swedish Contracts Act (SFS 1915:218). Should any provision of these terms and conditions conflict with said legislation or other mandatory Swedish law, the latter shall prevail.
