Standard Delivery – normal handling. Ships within 1–3 days.

Time-Critical Delivery – highest priority (Vehicle Off Road). Ships the same day.

You received a higher quantity than ordered on the order line. Example: ordered 2 pcs but received 4 pcs.

The part is defective or not functioning correctly during installation or use.

The goods or part were damaged during transport or delivery.

An incorrect item was delivered. Example: ordered item 123 but received item 456.

The delivery contains parts intended for another dealer or customer.

The complete order line is missing from the delivery. Example: ordered 4 pcs but received 0 pcs.

Technical claim requiring additional information and pictures for further review.

Return for commercial reasons, such as wrong order or no longer needed.

Warranty claim for a previously installed spare part.
